In a previous post we reported there is a rumor going around that a life size Wall-E is being built to roam around either Disneyland or California Adventure. Yesterday there was a video uploaded to youtube showing a real life wall-e robot. This is believed to be the rumored robot that they are planning to let go in one of the parks. Imagine seeing this little guy roaming around Tomorrowland interacting with the guests. Disney has an amazing ability to create some awesome and magical atmospheres. Check it out!

According to the LA Times, beginning May 20, 2008 guests will be able to purchase their own customized versions of the classic Mickey Mouse Ears Souvenir at The Gag Factory in Toontown. They will have many themes available such as pirates, princess, honeymoon, birthday, tons of disney characters, and others. Looks to be a pretty simple and fun process…

And there you have it, your own personalized Mickey Ears. It appears that Cast Members will seal the decals in place upon purchase, so no need to worry about them falling off!

Welcome to the official launch of Original D. This site is and will be dedicated to the Original Disneyland in Anaheim, Ca. Launching with only Disneyland Attractions, Original D will eventually expand to cover most aspects of the entire resort so check back!

Some things Original D has to offer you:

*Up-to-date and accurate News about the resort. No need to sift through 20 articles on random sites to find news about DLand, it is all right here!

*Huge collection of information! Want tips on DLand attractions? Curious about where those Hidden Mickeys are located? Want some general info on a ride (opening date, length, how many people at once, etc.) ?

*Organized ride videos of nearly every ride from youtube. (Disney will not allow some things to be video taped). In the future downloading may be an option, depending on bandwidth issues.

*Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Growing Community Message Boards. Here is a place you can discuss whatever you want to about the resort, parks, hotels, or anything else going on in your head.
