underneath the fun wheel you can see reflection stop, it's the new platform they built for world of color. the platform should be submerged as well. A cast member informed us that they were still working on electrical issues, and thats why they hadn't completely filled the lake.

Yeah im questioning the truth of this statement as well. the platform seems to be above water, but I wouldn't want to be working on it with water beneath me . . . lol

It's 12:45am here in downtown Disney and we can see the lights from World of Color testing casted on the clouds.  The lights are bright!
