Near the beginning of the ride one on of the first ramps, there are a set of gears to the left. Though the ears are slightly small, the gears form a Mickey.
At the end of the right pay attention to the right side, you'll see a huge wall with the "bee heffalumps" and in some of the honey spots you'll see a Mickey.
