With another busy summer season in the books and September upon us once again,
we find ourselves immersed once more in the brief off-season just after summer but before the holidays.
An off-season that shrinks every year ever since the launch of Halloween Time and September/October became a main
draw period of the year with special seasonal offerings and the un-dying fierce competition that is the theme park market.
So while everyone and everything is catching its breath after the mega-crowds of the summer have dissipated,
now is the only time to clean, repair, touch-up, and restore the destruction left in the wake of a summer.
That's right folks, Halloween Time officially kicks off this weekend, and the refurb list is HUGE!
Come with us on a tour of everything that is currently under refurb, and catch your breath while the parks catch theirs
just before we plunge once again into another Halloween season which of course will give way to another holiday season.
What better way to catch your breath than to gaze lovingly at some iconic Scenes From Disneyland?
From the navigation bar at the top, you'll notice what used to be called our "Page 4" is back in a big way.
For you first-timers, Scenes From Disneyland is a special part of the update where I shut up and let the photos do the talking.
Basically it's intended as an immersive place where you can sit back, relax, and download a new Disneyland wallpaper for your computer.
We offer them with our compliments as a token of appeciation for your visit.
Just click on any image to load its large version, then right-click to save it on your harddrive.
A few clicks later, a shiny new image of Disneyland is yours for others to see, and to keep the magic alive for you as well.
Just so there's no confusion, ALL update images can be saved as desktop wallpapers,
but the images in "Scenes From Disneyland" have been specially designed and formatted with desktop imagery in mind.
Yikes here I am jabbering away when we're on a tight schedule and there's no time to lose!
