Halloween Time 2012 Photo UpdateWritten by Matt
Just like that, September's done and October is upon is. Where does the time go, right? Time is certainly a theme for this update as Halloween Time is upon us once again.
What just a few years ago was an idea for something to do between summer and the holiday season is now big time serious business.
During what used to be an off-season, Disneyland now sees some of its most crowded days of the entire year during the month of October.
This year has shown to be no exception, and there are some indications that this will be the biggest Halloween Time season ever.
This past weekend was the first weekend of the special Mickey's Halloween Party hard ticket event in Disneyland. With this event comes reduced Disneyland hours for everyone who didn't buy a ticket to the Party, an absolute traffic nightmare for people arriving in the evening for the Party, and the inevitable variable response to both of these annual consequences to Disneyland's answer to late night Halloween-themed events put on at other theme parks in the region.
Will you be prepared for what you may encounter? We'll give some tips for Halloween Party goers in the update.
Also in the update you'll see a little bit of what's in store for those of you who purchased tickets to Disneyland's late night Halloween-themed shindig. We'll also check out everything else that's going on, including the annual Disneyland Halloween decor that has come out once again, a round-up of refurbs and general going's on, and everything that's NOT going on in DCA during Halloween Time.
Apparently the *new* Disney California Adventure has no idea what time of year it is. Check out the DCA page in the update to see for yourself.
With that, let's get started shall we? Ready to see a whole lot of orange? Let's go!
