So you're looking for a fully-loaded Disneyland Resort update, eh? We'll show YOU a fully-loaded update!
That ol' Brer Rabbit's still laughin', how 'bout you? Let's get to it!

Maybe someday Disney won't have to give away the 2nd gate, but today's not that day. 2fer time continues.

With one half done, Disneyland Hotel's Dreams tower has flip-flopped its renovation project to the original half.

The new worksite is just as large as the first one. That's expected when dealing with halves.

It's a sign!

With the construction now on the other side, the walls have come down from in front of the refurb'ed side.

The walls have also left this area.

Hmm, I wonder what the inside of a refurb'ed Disneyland Hotel looks like?

Apparently it looks a lot like a non-refurb'ed Disneyland Hotel.

Guess that kills the suspense over what's behind this door, doesn't it?

The refurb'ed half retains its shimmery blue look with the other half still to come.

Blue coming soon here...

The large & in charge work wall extends around the end of the tower to cover the other side as well.

Some of the work is totally over the heads of the guests...

Here's an example of how welding near a large tarp can end badly. Yes, that would be a small fire.

See because fire extinguishers usually aren't used to water plants...

That's not fog!

It wasn't much of a fire, but their presence was necessary regardless.

Well you didn't think they showed up in the Batmobile, did you?

A few minutes later, the heavier artillery showed up.

The cherry picker is used to lift the fireman over the trees to where the fire actually happened.
Apparently the former Looking Glass Elevator wanted to go out in a blaze of glory.

Ever wondered who'd rush into a burning Disneyland Hotel? Now you know!

Well, that's certainly a sight not seen on just any day...

Even though accidents happen, the refurb continues as the old becomes new again.

Moving on, kitson kids has been open for a while now and has grown a more worn-in look to it.

Get your retro posters here!

"Rawwwwk! Can I go back to the Tiki Room now? Rawwwwk!"

AMC would like you see not exactly Disney's vision of Alice in Wonderland, yet the Studio still produced it.

Some cranes were hanging out near Haagen-Daaz. Maybe they lost an argument with a certain someone?

Not sure what this was all about...

World of Disney would like your entire family to deck themselves out in '55 retro wear.

The new strollers/wheelchair rental location is finished, open, and outside any park's gates for your convenience.

The expanded rental location also offers higher prices for your inconvenience.

Ankle-bashers now sleep there when they're not after you.

Well that wraps up our look around the Resort, but we're just getting started.
There are two more pages for two more parks. Check 'em out!
